We took the Knutsford bus which is within walking distance of the hotel, very convenient. There is also a chef on premises that you can order meals from, had jerk chicken, curried lobster & snapper, all delicious & reasonably priced. Many restaurants nearby. Grounds are well maintained & everyone was very friendly. This place is a gem!!

The room was modern, clean, and everything we tried to use worked well including air conditioning, tv, dvd, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, hot water heater switch, pots, and dinnerware. Our primary host/housekeeper was Pauline, a very nice lady who cleaned our room on the days we had requested near the start of our stay. We didn't use the pool or attend on-site bars or restaurants so no opinion on those amenities. Overall, resort staff seemed relatively pleasant. We loved playing soccer on the sandy beach, but there is some seaweed in the water within the roped in area (I got stung by a seawasp and stepped on a sea urchin in the areas that had seaweed). I was surprisingly disappointed in the water quality at the beach, I found the water in Montego Bay to be much clearer. Having said that, we went swimming in the ocean daily and enjoyed the warm temperature of the water. We absolutely loved the location of the resort, we went walking up and down the road multiple times per day to get groceries, eat in local restaurants, and attend bars. Tropical Kitchen has excellent saltfish flitters available before 10am, My Favorite Place Restaurant became our favorite spot to dine as they served delicious curried goat, Island Grill serves tasty cornmeal festivals. I really loved the people in Ocho Rios, you will find that people are very friendly if you take the opportunity to share a conversation and salespeople are low pressure compared to Montego Bay. Loved it, plan to stay here again in the future.

The best thing about this property is the communication and the willingness to help solve any issues. This was evident when we had no internet and Martin organised sim data package so that we could still continue to communicate with family and colleagues abroad.

Mr Purcell the lifeguard, Yannick the bartender at the pool bar and Britannia the server in the restaurant. Pauline the housekeeper did the best she could given the owner's instructions and for that we thank her

Everything was to my liking and especially love the housekeeper Ms. Barrett.

The locale was perfect, close proximity to beach shopping and nightlife

The room was nice and clean....perfect for me and my boyfriend. I love that it was a gated community. The host and housekeeper Mr Martin and Ms. Pauline was extremely helpful. I will return to this property. I’ve passed this place several times while in Ochi, wish I discovered this hidden jewel before.

Liked the accommodation. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

-Everything you need is there! Access to the beach, Swimming pool, Tennis court, Gym... I wish I stayed longer here! -The staff was always happy to help!
